Another fulfilled Biblical prophecy encased in historical fact. The Ark is not meant to be found.
Jeremiah 3:16-17, “16 In those days, when your numbers have increased greatly in the land,” declares the Lord, “people will no longer say, ‘The ark of the covenant of the Lord.’ It will never enter their minds or be remembered; it will not be missed, nor will another one be made. 17 At that time they will call Jerusalem The Throne of the Lord, and all nations will gather in Jerusalem to honor the name of the Lord. No longer will they follow the stubbornness of their evil hearts.”
As a Christian, I know Christians wonder where the ark of the covenant is. We make movies about it, “Raiders of the Lost Ark”. People have build religions around it, Rastafarians. We think it is buried in a chamber under the Dome of the Rock. We have tried our best, but we have not found it. But we can never find it. Why? Well, it is prophesied the we wouldn’t, 600 years before the Ark was last seen. The Bible is absolutely true.
