I went to a happiness 101 class with Julie. It is good to make happiness a goal. I learned to foster positive words and thoughts and interactions.  Happiness glorifies God and attracts others to Jesus. If you are happy then you will have more opportunities to tell others about Jesus the source of our happiness.
