Paint Lake

What is it to live in Thompson without experiences at Paint Lake? It is like a hamburger without a patty. It was a great place to swim, fish, camp, explore. I attended a few great lake parties there too. What about the challenge of swimming out to the island? What about slipping on this slimy rock trying to make it to the island? What about the old lodge? That was a great place with its ice cream bars and candy. A great place for a kid to visit with some money. What about walking on the docks and looking at the boats? Everyone knew who owned that aluminum boat.
