I enjoyed cooking spinach pies with my wife . We used to cook these pies a lot before the kids were born. It learned them when I was a baker at Muffin Break in Winnipeg. The pies were always a hit. On one occasion we cooked 6 pies. If there is one recipe in my family to always be remembered it has to be these spinach pies.
