KBC Winter Youth Retreat at Honey Rock Camp in Wisconsin Jan 25-27, 2013

the central buildingThe following is a page dedicated to the KBC 2013 Honey Rock Winter retreat.  There were three churches Kishwaukee Bible Church, Crossway Chapel Fox Valley and Christ the King Church. There were 110 campers. It was a wonderful conference for middle school and high school students and even for the parent chaperones.  I went with  my two kids Hope and Mark. I wanted to spend time with them and also be part of the important mission in the church. I also was praying to get to know my fellow church members more. God answered this prayer.

Here is an update by Mike, the KBC Youth director, from Facebook…

“So grateful for another successful HoneyRock. Despite a blown-out bus tire on the way there and some snowy weather on the way back, we made it to and from camp safely. God blessed our time with some great teaching and small group discussions, and we had a great HoneyRock staff serving us. Thankful for everyone that helped make this weekend happen, especially our dedicated youth group staff and students. All glory to God. Mark 1:15. Bam-o!”

The pictures are pulled off the net. I didn’t have a camera and so I found some pics that give you a feel for the conference. As I find more pics from the trip I will post them.
