This photo was take about 1935..not 1900. Could the lady in the front be Irene Beno?
Bruce Morton is the great nephew of Jennie (Soquet) Jesmer, Josie’s sister. He visited Greenbay WI many times. He kept a letter writing relationship with his family in Greenbay. He resides in B.C. Canada.
I saw the link you posted earlier. There is a picture with an unknown man in the background. It is definitely not Joseph Jantoski Irenes Husband. My grandmother (Carol) thinks it may be Uncle Louie who married Aunt Josie. (Irene’s sister not the mother) his name was Louie Barres I believe. – Sarah Lynn Mertz-Genealogist.

Elaine Kimble (1926 – 2011)
Elaine (Beno) Kimble, 84, Green Bay, peacefully passed away Friday, Sept. 23, after a short illness. She was born Nov. 1, 1926, in Green Bay, to the late Joseph Jantoski and Irene (Beno) Jantoski. Elaine attended St. Willebrord Grade School and St. Joseph Academy. After graduation, she worked at Baum’s Department Store, where she met her future husband, Robert Kimble. They were married on July 26, 1947 and were blessed with eight wonderful children. Elaine and Robert shared 22 years together before Robert passed away suddenly on Oct27, 1969.
Elaine’s dearest accomplishment was her family; children, grandchildren and sons and daughters-in- law. She was a devoted mother, who instilled the values of education, responsibility and pride. Watching them compete in sports was her greatest joy, next to her Packers. She was a true sports enthusiast.
Survivors include seven children, two sons-in-laws and five daughters-in-laws, Barbara (Patrick) Stache, Robert (Judy) Kimble, Mary (Robert) Maseker, John (Annette) Kimble, Jim (Bonnie) Kimble, Tom (Jacqui) Kimble, and Richard (Sue) Kimble; six grandchildren, Christopher and Jonathan Stache, Tyler, Samuel, and Alex Kimble, and Allan Wielert; four step-grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, Miranda, Tim, and Anna Stache, Gracie Wielert, and Austin and Lillian Stache.
Elaine also leaves behind one cherished sister-in-law, Carol Beno; four nieces and nephews, Dave Beno, Debbie Beno, Fred Beno and Jim Beno, along with their families.
Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; daughter, Laura Kimble Erl on May 30, 1993; granddaughter, Emily Erl in July 1988; one brother, Warren Beno; and one nephew, Warren Beno, Jr.
Family and friends may call Monday, Sept. 26, 2011, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 2270 S. Oneida St., Green Bay. Following the visitation at 11 , a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church with the Rev. John H. Harper officiating. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
