Just got certified in Mental Health First Aid.

Just got certified in Mental Health First Aid.  It is 8 hours of classroom time with a test. It is very practical. I would advise anyone to take this class. It is not just for nurses. You also get 8 CEU’s. And it is a whole lot of fun.
