Take time to pray to the Creator in the midst of his Creation.

Recently, I learned to take time out to pray in a quiet, natural setting. Fellowship with other believers is great but God can really speak to us in nature. On a frozen Duluth MN sand bad there was the sunset. The lights of Duluth were going on, one by one. I heard the 4 foot thick ice cracking and popping, heaved upward by the surges. When I stood on top of a huge slab of Great Lake Ice, overlooking the frozen expanse of Lake Superior, God whispered in my heart, “I am with you.” My heart was strangely compelled to pray the Creator of the heavens and the earth. I felt my connection to God was very strong. Always find a quiet time to pray to the Creator in the midst of his creation.
