The Thompson Winter Carnival was always a great event. I collected some pictures of it, many of which were posted by some of you all. Thanks! When did this event stop? I remember trying to run up the tail of the Rudy The Raven sculpture. I liked the moose nose soup. Also the floor packing reminds me of the hard work of the Metis and Cree men when packed goods in the north via the waterways and the frozen routes for centuries. It was back breaking labor to be certain.
