Miles Hart Bridge – spanning the Burntwood River in Thompson

Miles Hart Bridge: Did you know that the name of the “new” bridge is the Miles Hart Bridge? Miles is a local indigenous trapper. I am proud of our bridge. It is a feat of engineering. It is very strong to bear up to the strong current of the Burntwood River. It contends with the cold winters and road salt and semi-trucks. It is huge and modern-ish looking. I remember as a young boy biking out to the bridge and catching suckers in the waters below. Was anyone involved in building the bridge? Are there any stories about the bridge?
